Experience a hands-on West African drumming workshop led by artists from Cirque Kalabanté. Explore how these rhythms have shaped Jazz, Hip Hop, and today’s music. Created by Guinean multidisciplinary artist Yamoussa Bangoura—formerly of Cirque Éloize and Cirque du Soleil—Kalabanté Productions is now based in Montreal. Cirque Kalabanté  will also perform on Wednesday, February 4 at 7 pm at the Orpheum Theater.

  • Doors open 30 minutes before event time

  • A ticket is not required for entry, but please stop by the check-in table when you arrive!

  • Parking is available in the parking lot next to the venue (including 8 accessible spots) as well as along 30th St. and Patrick Ave.
