Ticket Omaha is the only official source for tickets for the Holland Center and Orpheum Theater. If you purchase from a third-party ticket broker:

  • You may pay more than face value for your tickets.
  • Your seats are not guaranteed.
  • We can’t contact you with important information about the show.

Ticket Terms and Conditions:

Tickets are sold subject to all Ticket Omaha terms of service and the following terms and conditions.

  • All ticket sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges.
  • Sales tax is included in all ticket prices.
  • Each ticket is a revocable permit good only for the designated performance and seat printed on the ticket face.

  • Each patron, including children of any age, must have an individual ticket for entry.
  • Tickets obtained from unapproved sources will not be honored.
  • The sale of tickets on theater premises other than by Ticket Omaha is prohibited.
  • Tickets are for personal use only. They cannot be resold at a premium and cannot be used directly or indirectly for any commercial purpose, whether by advertising, solicitations, links, or any other form of communication, unless expressly pre-authorized in writing by Ticket Omaha.

  • When purchasing tickets from Ticket Omaha, you agree that you will not seek a “chargeback” from a payment card issuer on legitimate charges. In the event you dispute a charge with the card issuer and it is determined that the charge was valid and not the result of credit card or other payment fraud, Ticket Omaha may, in addition to other available remedies, (i) seek payment, including associated fees, by whatever lawful means necessary; and/or (ii) refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made.

Ticket Omaha reserves the right to take appropriate lawful action against anyone whom Ticket Omaha has reason to believe has violated these terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, voiding the tickets in question, refusing admission, or contacting law enforcement personnel.
