If my tickets are at Will Call, how do I get them?

Visit the box office at the venue where your event is being held. Will Call tickets will be available to pick up starting 90 minutes before the event.

It looks like my seats aren't together. How can I be sure?

At the Holland Center and Orpheum Theater:

  • Odd-numbered seats under 100 are on the left side of the hall when facing the stage. (Example: 59 and 61 are together.)
  • Even-numbered seats under 100 are on the right side of the hall when facing the stage. (Example: 58 and 60 are together.)
  • Center seats 100 and above are numbered consecutively. (111 and 112 are together.)
  • The letter in your seat number indicates your proximity to the stage. A is closest, and Z is the farthest away.

For most shows, you have the option of viewing the seat map when you purchase online. You can also contact Ticket Omaha to confirm whether or not your seats are together or to get recommendations.

What happens if my show is canceled or rescheduled?

If an event is canceled or rescheduled, Ticket Omaha and/or the presenting organization will call and send an email notification to all ticket holders who have provided their contact information. An alert will be posted on the Ticket Omaha website, and the presenting organization will post on their social media channels.

Cancelations

Refund policies vary by show. The options available to you will be included in the cancellation communication you receive. You can contact the Ticket Omaha Box Office if you have questions.

Rescheduled dates

Your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date and will update automatically at wallet.ticketomaha.com. If you are unable to attend the new date, a deadline to request a refund will be included in the communication you receive.

I had a change of plans. Can I return or exchange my tickets?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Only season subscribers have ticket exchange flexibility.

For season subscribers

Remember, ticket exchange requests must be made no later than 48 hours before the original performance time by contacting Ticket Omaha at 402.345.0606 or ticketomaha@o-pa.org. The difference must be paid when exchanging into a higher-priced seating location or performance. Some restrictions apply.

Can young children attend a show?

Check the event page for any age restrictions or recommendations and contact Ticket Omaha for questions regarding the age-appropriateness of any event. Many of the shows offered are for all ages and at the discretion of the parent/guardian if a child should attend. Due to fire code, all individuals attending a performance must have a ticket for entry, regardless of age. This includes infants.

You can also explore upcoming shows specifically for families.

Is there a Lost & Found?

If you notice you've lost something during the show, check the House Manager's Desk, Welcome Center, or ask an Ambassador or staff member. After the show is over, you can contact the security desk at 402.661.8555 to see if your lost item was turned in.
