The winner of four 2024 Tony Awards®, including Best Musical, is The Outsiders. Step into 1967 Tulsa, Oklahoma, where a group of young outsiders — led by Ponyboy Curtis and his best friend Johnny — fight to find their place in a world that’s stacked against them. The Outsiders is a powerful coming-of-age story about identity, belonging, and the bonds that hold us together when everything else falls apart.

Based on S.E. Hinton’s groundbreaking novel and the iconic film by Francis Ford Coppola, this electrifying new musical pulses with raw emotion, unforgettable music, and “high-octane choreography” (New York Magazine). The Outsiders is “more pulse-pounding than anything else on Broadway!” (Time Out New York) and “has the power to inspire an entire generation” (Entertainment Weekly).

It features a book by Adam Rapp with Justin Levine, music and lyrics by Jamestown Revival (Jonathan Clay & Zach Chance) and Justin Levine, music supervision, orchestration, and arrangements by Justin Levine, choreography by Rick Kuperman & Jeff Kuperman, and direction by Tony Award® winner Danya Taymor.
