Beethoven: Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major, Op. 58
Sibelius: Symphony No. 2

Conductor Earl Lee returns to Omaha for this program of beloved romantic masterpieces. Beethoven’s tuneful Fourth Piano Concerto introduces us to piano phenom Janice Carissa who “transcends mere virtuosity” (Chicago Classical Review). The symphony brass shine in Sibelius’ heroic Second Symphony, a self-described “confession of the soul.”

For the respect and consideration of all Omaha Symphony patrons, children under 5 years of age are prohibited from attending this performance.
