Hope for the Holidays

Celebrate the holiday season by joining the River City Mixed Chorus at the Holland Performing Arts Center for their much-anticipated annual December show! This first major performance in RCMC’s 42nd Season, Hope for the Holidays, is packed with joy-filled, four-part harmonies sung by more than 180 singers dedicated to creating music that makes a difference all year long.  

From modern arrangements of classic holiday themes, such as "Lo, How a Rose" and "I Heard the Bells," to the best holiday hits of today with Bette, Cher, and Stevie Wonder, there is something that will move everyone. There will be dancing and drums and all sorts of holiday spirit on display to ensure that this magical holiday concert delights the entire family.  

Also, in keeping with tradition, Santa Claus will also be making an appearance at the concert and will be available for photos in the lobby before and after the performance. This warm and festive embrace of the season will lift your spirits with songs of light, unity, peace, and—most of all—hope. The holidays never sounded so good! One performance only!
