Ticket Policies

Ticket Omaha is the official seller of tickets for all performances at the Orpheum Theater and Holland Center. If you purchase from another source: 

  • You may pay more than face value for your tickets
  • Your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
  • We cannot contact you with crucial information about the show

Ticket Terms and Conditions:

  • Tickets are sold subject to Ticket Omaha Box Office terms and conditions.
  • All ticket sales are final.
  • Sales tax is included in all ticket prices.
  • No refunds or exchanges.
  • Each ticket is a revocable permit good only for the designated performance and seat printed on the ticket face.
  • Artists, prices, events, dates and times are subject to change without notice.
  • Each patron, including children of any age, must have an individual ticket.
  • All cameras and recording devices are prohibited.
  • Tickets obtained from unapproved sources will not be honored.
  • The sale of tickets on theater premises other than by Ticket Omaha is prohibited.
  • Tickets are for personal use only, may not be resold at a premium, and may not be used directly or indirectly for any commercial purpose, whether by advertising, solicitations, links, or any other form of communication, unless expressly pre-authorized in writing by Ticket Omaha.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission or revoke admission at any time without cause.
  • Each patron assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event, agrees to comply with all applicable laws, and agrees not to bring any legal action in connection with such risk assumed.
  • Late seating is subject to the discretion and procedures of the management, company and/or performers.
  • Firearms and other weapons are not permitted on the premises.
  • Your presence at a performance constitutes your consent to be photographed and/or recorded for the promotional use of the presenting organization.
  • Venues are smoke-free facilities. This includes e-cigarettes.
  • When purchasing tickets from Ticket Omaha, you agree that you will not seek a “chargeback” from a payment card issuer on legitimate charges. In the event you dispute a charge with the card issuer and it is determined that the charge was valid and not the result of credit card or other payment fraud, Ticket Omaha may, in addition to other available remedies, (i) seek payment, including associated fees, by whatever lawful means necessary; and/or (ii) refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made.

Ticket Omaha reserves the right to take appropriate lawful action against anyone who Ticket Omaha has reason to believe has violated these terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, voiding the tickets in question, refusing admission, or contacting law enforcement personnel.

 

 

Code of Conduct:

The Holland Center and Orpheum Theater are maintained by Omaha Performing Arts (O-pa). Guests are expected to behave appropriately and follow instructions of O-pa personnel at all times. Guests who fail to behave appropriately or follow O-pa personnel directions may be refused admission to or ejected from the Holland Center, Orpheum Theater or other venues where Ticket Omaha events may be without refund or compensation, and may be subject to arrest. All decisions are made at the discretion of O-pa and all decisions are final. Expressly prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to: 

  • Violating applicable local, state or federal laws
  • Engaging in disorderly, violent, disruptive or threatening conduct 
  • Interfering with the event or performance 
  • Causing damage to venue facilities or equipment
  • Failing to comply with the venue's security procedures (e.g., metal detectors, bag inspection)
  • Willfully and unreasonably disturbing other guests (e.g., blocking views, using electronic devices)
  • Bringing outside alcohol, controlled substances (other than personally prescribed medicine), firearms or knives into the venue
  • Bringing animals (other than legal service animals) into the venue
  • Use of tobacco or vaping products in the venue
  • Using offensive language 
  • Using recording devices (unless expressly permitted for a particular event)
  • Failing to supervise children
  • Failing to sit in assigned seats
