In this 90‑minute immersive experience at the stunning new Tenaska Center for Arts Engagement, you’ll sharpen your palate with a guided blind tasting of world‑class wines, all paired with a chef‑crafted charcuterie board designed to amplify every flavor. It’s interactive, it’s elevated, and it’s built for wine lovers of every level who want to taste, learn, and explore with an expert guide.

First Course | Chilled Sweet Corn & Buttermilk Soup - Late-Harvest Sweet Corn, Cultured Buttermilk, Chive Oil, Cracked Black Pepper
Second Course | Short Rib Risotto - Morgan Ranch American Wagyu Short Rib, Sweet Potato & Goat Cheese Risotto, Roasted Shallots, Toasted Walnuts, Microgreens, Red Wine Reduction
Third Course | Honey Roasted Apple Tart - Oat Streusel, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Apple Cider Caramel
Each course will be paired with a different wine from the tasting and pairings are included with the price of dinner.

About Master Sommelier George Miliotes
George Miliotes lives in Orlando, Florida, and became a Master Sommelier by passing a series of rigorous examinations that require candidates to identify wines by taste, aroma, and sight. A firm believer in lifelong learning and sharing his knowledge with others, Miliotes studies wine continuously — identifying the most interesting varieties through annual trips to wine-growing regions from France to South Africa.
