  • This is a Choose-What-You-Pay event. If cost is a barrier, there is a $0 option.

In partnership with the Union for Contemporary Art, this event gives a behind-the-curtain look at play development! From idea to page and finally stage, playwright Eric Lawson shares his creative process by focusing on his latest work: Fry Daddies. In his play, Lawson explores themes of queerness while centering joy and representation from across the community. And that’s not all — get insight from cast members too as they reflect on transforming the TV/web series Fry Daddies into a stage play.

Then, be sure to see Fry Daddies live from Aug 7–24, presented by The Union for Contemporary Art.
