O-pa announces holiday show on-sale

OMAHA, Neb. (October 22, 2020) – Omaha Performing Arts announces the on-sale of holiday shows in December at the Holland Performing Arts Center. From holiday classics to yuletide favorites with a jazz flair and contemporary holiday tunes, this year’s performers promise an exciting kick off into the holiday season beginning December 5, 2020.    

The line-up features Joyful Noise: A Gospel Christmas, “Holiday Stomp” with The Hot Sardines and David Benoit Christmas Tribute to Charlie Brown.  Tickets, starting at $20, go on sale at 10:00 AM Thursday, October 22 on

Full of brass and dazzle, “Holiday Stomp” with The Hot Sardines infuses yuletide classics with their unique and swinging sound. Fun arrangements of holiday tunes include: “White Christmas," “Santa Claus Got Stuck in My Chimney" and “Please Come Home for Christmas.” The Hot Sardines have released two albums on Universal Music Classics to rave reviews and a No. 1 slot on the iTunes Jazz chart in the U.S. and internationally. These mischief-makers of hot jazz have been described as “one of the best jazz bands in NY today" by Forbes.
