Heather McMahan is an actress, stand-up, and podcaster (Absolutely Not! with Heather McMahan) described by The Hollywood Reporter as an “auditory David Sedaris for the millennial set.” A native of Atlanta, GA, McMahan studied at UCB in Los Angeles and was a performing arts major at Ole Miss. Her shows are known for their focus on authenticity and broad humor, and the comedian has had multiple stand-up specials air on streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu.

Named to Variety’s 2022 Comedy Impact Report, Heather was one of the featured female comedians to perform on Jane Fonda & Lily Tomlin: Ladies Night Live (Netflix) earning Fonda’s admiration and subsequently hosting Fonda’s star-studded 85th birthday celebratory fundraiser. Additionally, Heather has guest-hosted the fourth hour of The Today Show subbing for host Hoda Kotb alongside Jenna Bush Hager.
